About the Role:
Title: Sr Product Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week) - Bellevue, WA
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive strategies for generative AI and analytics-powered applications that align with organizational goals and market trends.
- Translate advanced technical capabilities into actionable product features, epics, and stories while ensuring alignment with user needs and technological feasibility.
- Conduct in-depth research on current AI/analytics applications, identify new use cases, and recommend strategies to improve adoption and scalability.
- Define and execute detailed product roadmaps that incorporate cutting-edge AI advancements and market demands.
- Lead iterative product development, prototype AI solutions, and validate concepts through user feedback and market testing.
- Perform Acceptance Testing and related quality checks to ensure product fitment, functionality, and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business leaders, to ensure a unified vision and seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Product Management, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications and Training in Product Management.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focusing on AI/ML technologies.
- Experience in AI Agent integration with Analytics and Visualization.
- Familiarity with Product Management processes and tools.
- Experience in Acceptance Testing and iterative development processes.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135-145K/annum. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
